Mark Allen MBA MCIM
30+ years operational experience in the oil and gas industry working both on and offshore. Last offshore role was on fixed platform in the North Sea as an OIM (Offshore Installation Manager). Latterly worked in the HR department of one of the UK major operators, leading the team that managed training, development and competence.
Mark has experience of the third sector spending time as a trustee director at both HomeStart Deeside (Chair) and also CVS Aberdeenshire Central and South (now Aberdeenshire Voluntary Action)
Mark is a qualified Coach and Client Practitioner for Insights™ Discovery, with experience in designing, building and delivering leadership programmes across a range of leadership levels. Mark has a passion for enabling leaders to succeed and grow, whilst understanding their challenges and opportunities.
